ITALIC or BOLD TEXT on Google Plus – Cheat Sheet
Since I always forget how to use italic or bold text I write it down here for us to remember and you to copy it:
I am italic Text ==> begin & end text with_ (underscore)
I am bold Text ==> use a * before and after
I am italic and bold Text ==> begin & end text with _*
==> begin & end text with strikeout – (hyphen)

We have seen many people scattered across Google Plus asking how to change the styling on their fonts. A simple bold or italic make a post stand out and sometimes it is necessary for those times when you are quoting an article or text from somewhere else.
In this Guide, we will briefly take you through the steps on how to stylize your text on Google Plus with Italic, Bold, and Strikethrough.
Google Plus Bold Text
Creating bolded text in Google Plus is done by using the asterisk switch ( * )
before and after the text that you wish to bold. For example:

The Bold Google Plus switch can be used for individual word, sentences or even whole paragraphs. Do note however that you can only apply the bold to individual paragraphs and not all of them at the same time.
Google Plus Italic Text
Creating Italic text in Google Plus is useful when you want to quote text from somewhere else or just to put emphasis to on a word or sentence in your comments.
Creating italic text you need to use the underscore switch ( _ ) before and after the text that you wish to italic. For example:

As with the bold switch this can be applied for an individual word, sentences or even whole paragraphs. Once again this will only work with individual paragraphs and not multiple paragraphs at the same time. You will have to apply the italic switch to each paragraph.
Google Plus Strikethrough Text
The Google Plus Strikethrough switch is not something you will use regularly but can be useful to strike out your original statement if you wish still want people to see your original statement.
In order to strikethrough text we will use the hyphen switch ( – ) before and after the word, sentence or paragraph that we wish to strikethrough. For example
